Tolo has done wonders for academic development;
under his leadership, the different departments
suddenly began communicating with one another. And,
Tolo greatly emphasized the promotion of women.

Over the course of many years working closely
together, Tolo and I have become good friends.
There is amazing harmony in our work together. As
a leader, Tolo has a clear vision of where he wants to
go, yet he collaborates with everyone in getting there
- and decisions are made jointly. He has succeeded
in bringing the College to great achievements
while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere with
a lot of humanity, optimism, and humor.
