Documenting the Destruction

Prof. Moshe Caine from HAC’s Department of Photographic
Communication is participating in a unique project led by the
Israel Antiquities Authority, the Ministry of Heritage, and the
Tekuma Administration. The project uses advanced imaging
technologies (360 photography, lasers, and drones) to document
the devastation and destruction of the October 7th attack in
order to create a virtual, interactive public museum. In this way,
the history of this tragic event will be preserved even after these
towns and kibbutzim are rebuilt.
